Boba Fett Digital Double | Texture Work | The Book of Boba Fett

I'm happy to share with you more of my texture work on The Book of Boba Fett, while I was still at ILM Vancouver.

I was responsible for UVs, texture work, and initial look development for the digital double we used to replace Boba Fett in action scenes, especially in the last episode when he rides the Rancor. The final lookdev work was done by Mike Parker.

I've also recently seen that the asset was used to create the amazing Times Square LG OLED billboard, as you can see in the videos that I posted! Super honored to have our work showcased like that. The work was a collaboration between the ILM team and Tippet Studio.

It was an honor to have worked on such an iconic character and I hope you guys enjoyed it as well!
